(B) Enriched GO terms of down-regulated genes (>5-fold decrease, FDR < 0.05). Up-regulated genes were mainly associated with oxidoreductase activity and stress-responsive biological processes, whereas down-regulated genes were enriched in catalytic activity, cellular processes, and metabolic processes. GO terms are classified into Biological Process (BP), Molecular Function (MF), and Cellular Component (CC).
